Welcome to KITOKITO. This Return & Refund Policy is designed to clearly explain the rules and processes regarding order cancellation, returns, and refunds after you participate in our unique sales models (including group buying, pre-sales, and the “Kan Yi Dao” feature) and use cryptocurrency for payment. Please read this policy carefully before participating in any activity or placing an order.


1. Policy Scope

This policy applies to all transactions conducted through the KITOKITO platform (kitokito-eth.store), specifically covering the following three distinctive sales models:

  1. Group Buying:​ Orders contingent on reaching a specified number of participants by a deadline.
  2. Pre-sales:​ Orders placed before the official product release date, shipped thereafter.
  3. Referral Program:​ Orders utilizing social sharing to unlock lower prices.

All transactions are paid for using cryptocurrency.


2. Order Cancellation & Return Rules (By Sales Model)

Due to the time-sensitive and conditional nature of our sales models, the right to return varies.

A. Group Buying Orders

  • Before Group Success:​ You may cancel your order at any time before the group buying deadline, provided the required number of participants has not​ been met, for a full refund.
  • After Group Success:​ Once the group reaches the required number of participants and is officially successful, the order automatically enters the processing stage. It is considered a final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned, unless the product received falls under the “Exceptions” outlined in Section 6.

B. Pre-sales Orders

  • Before Shipment:​ You may cancel your pre-sale order for a full refund before the official product release and shipment date.
  • After Shipment:​ Pre-sale orders cannot be cancelled or returned without reason​ starting from the official shipment date.

C. Referral Program Orders

  • Before Activity End:​ You may cancel your order for a full refund during the valid period of the “Kan Yi Dao” activity.
  • After Activity End:​ Once the activity ends and the order status is confirmed as successful, the order enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled or returned.

3. Refund Process & Method

  1. Refund Request:​ For orders eligible for cancellation as described above, you can cancel directly via “My Account” – “Order History”. For returns qualifying under “Exceptions,” please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to submit a request and provide evidence.
  2. Refund Review:​ We will review the request and notify you of the result within 1-3 business days.
  3. Refund Method (Important):
    • All refunds will be issued as an equivalent value in cryptocurrency (USDT or other major stablecoins supported by the platform) to your KITOKITO platform account balance.
    • Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot refund the amount directly back to the wallet address used for payment.
    • The refund amount will be calculated based on the market price on major exchanges at the time the refund is initiated​ to determine the fiat currency equivalent, which is then converted into the specified cryptocurrency.
  4. Refund Timeframe:​ Once approved, the refund will be credited to your platform account balance within 3-5 business days. This balance can be used for subsequent purchases on the platform.

4. Exceptions (Applicable to All Orders)

Even if an order falls outside the standard cancellation period, we accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. Significant Damage:​ The product received is significantly physically damaged upon delivery or upon receipt.
  2. Wrong Item:​ The item received severely differs from the order description.
  3. Quality Issues:​ The product has manufacturing defects that prevent normal use.

Process:​ Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photo or video evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange or issue a refund according to the rules in Section 3.


5. Important Notes

  1. Product Condition:​ For accepted returns, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and include all original packaging.
  2. Shipping Costs:​ Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, significant defect), shipping costs and any potential import duties incurred for the return will be the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Cryptocurrency Volatility:​ You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate. The fiat equivalent of the refund amount is determined at the time the refund is processed and may differ from the fiat value at the time of your purchase.
  4. Final Interpretation Right:​ KITOKITO reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy within the limits permitted by law.
