Why can't I turn on the ebike after installing it?
There is a switch button on the battery, you need to turn it on first. (If you don't use the bike for over 2 weeks, it is recommended to charge the battery to about 80% and turn the switch off)

My ebike's speed is about 20mph, why?
When you turn on the ebike, it is locked mode. That's why the speed is low. Press and hold the "→/Speed" button, it will switch to the unlocked mode.

How can I use the AWD mode?
The default mode is rear motor mode. Press and hold the "←/Drive" button, it will switch to the dual motor mode.

How can I reach a longer mileage range?
The mileage depends on some factors: speed, load, road conditions, etc. If you want a longer travel, it is recommended to use the pedal assist mode at PAS 1.

2. Please make sure to use in a relatively quiet environment, otherwise EMO may not be able to hear your commands clearly.
3. Please make sure you are using the correct voice commands, EMO may not answer to unsupported commands. You can check the supported command list from the user manual.
Q: Could not connect to WiFi or WiFi disconnects constantly?
1. Use 2.4Ghz WiFi only.
2. Try a new WiFi network.
3. Please kindly note that EMO doesn't support WiFi with too complicated password or without password.
Q: EMO's sound is very low?
1. Try to use voice command "EMO, turn up the volume" to turn up EMO's volume use.
2. You can also manually turn up the volume in the EMOPET App.
Q: EMO can not understand your voice commands?
1. Please make sure you call EMO with the correct pronunciation.
2. You can increase the sensitivity level on EMOPE App, it will make EMO more sensible to calls and easier to be waken up.
3. If all the above can not solve the issue, you can also upload your voice to us and we will add it to the EMO's training and release it in the next update.
